BYOB — Bring your favorite drinks
BYOB is welcome on boat tours, snorkeling trips and fishing charters only. BYOB does not apply to jet ski rentals, jet ski tours, GoBoat rentals or GoBoat eco tours. Alcohol is not permitted on jet skis or GoBoats. On Big Tiki Boat + Jet Ski packages, BYOB applies only aboard the boat. Red drinks and glass containers are strictly prohibited wherever BYOB is allowed. Please use cans or plastic containers.
Anyone operating a jet ski or GoBoat must remain sober.

Boat tours & snorkeling
- 45 or more days before departure: 100% refund.
- 30–44 days before departure: 50% refund.
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% refund.
- 14 days or fewer before departure: non-refundable.
Refunds are limited to the amounts in this schedule.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free when we receive at least 3 days’ notice before departure, subject to availability. This applies to all activities.
Operator cancellations
If the operator cancels because of unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or store credit.
Jet ski, GoBoat & package reservations
Review the cancellation terms shown for your selected rental, tour or package in the booking calendar and confirmation. Contact us before booking if you need clarification.
Required arrival times
- Boat tours and snorkeling: 20 minutes before departure.
- Jet skis and Big Tiki Boat + Jet Ski packages: 45 minutes before departure.
- GoBoat rentals and eco tours: 30 minutes before departure.
- Fishing: follow your charter confirmation’s arrival instructions.
